The 10th Annual Wine Taste and Auction not only sold out, but the event raised more than $80,000 for disadvantaged women and children. More than 300 supporters of Beatitude House gathered at The Embassy on May 1 to sample wines, enjoy dinner, and have the opportunity to bid on many unique silent and live auction items.
The live auction, run by licensed auctioneer J. Paul Basinger, began with bidding on a week stay at a condo in Marco Island, FL and ended with an adorable Golden Doodle puppy finding a new home with Barb Leary and her family. Overall the evening was a rousing success and plans have already began for next year's event!
