Donations are always accepted at Beatitude House. Many of the items we receive are vital to our success.
While we do not have the storage space to house all of the donations, Goodwill of Youngstown allows our women to shop for free in its stores if clothing and goods are donated in the name of Beatitude House. We do accept donations of children's clothing at our facilities. Please click here for our current wish list.
Monetary Donations
In addition to the giving of time, talents and items, some of our greatest support comes from monetary donations. It is through this financial assistance that we can achieve most of what we do. It costs $25 a day per person to provide a home, counseling, case management and child advocacy services. Through your generous donation we can continue to offer these services and improve the lives of those in our programs.
The Cornerstones of Beatitude House are supporters who donate $1,000 or more during the fiscal year. Every fall we recognize our Cornerstones at a dinner in which they meet the women and children of Beatitude House. For information on becoming a Cornerstones Donor please contact the Development Department at 330-744-3147.
In partnership with the Youngstown Foundation, checks for $100 or more made payable to The Youngstown Foundation with Beatitude House in the memo line will earn an additional 5% for Beatitude House programs. Checks can be sent to our administrative offices at 238 Tod Lane, Youngstown OH 44504. Donations are also accepted online through The Youngstown Foundation website www.youngstownfoundation.org.
